How to Load:

Start by filling the glass with water up to the water line at the top of the hole. Next, add the concentrate into the coil. Then, connect the glass to the battery and adjust the airflow valve to customize your vaping experience for optimal enjoyment.

How to Start Using the Pillar:

To power on the device, simply press the power button five times quickly. Next, adjust the temperature by pressing the power button three times. To start the preheat cycle, press the power button twice—the device will preheat for 10 seconds. When you’re ready to turn it off, press the power button five times again.

How to Charge:

When you get your unit, we recommend charging it for about 1.5 hours. Charging it longer than that could harm the battery or shorten its lifespan. You’ll know the Pillar is fully charged when the LED on the button turns off.

Troubleshooting:

When the device heats continuously for more than 15 seconds, you’ll see white lights flash ten times.

If a short circuit occurs, the device will flash red lights five times to alert you.

Low battery? The red lights will blink ten times as a notification.

No atomizer detected? The device lets you know by flashing red lights three times.
